There are 5 holes in the thigh strap, if your Thigh Measurement is 20", 21" or 22" - this pair of chaps will work for you, depending on how tight you like them to fit on your thigh.  Outseam Measurement (total length of chaps from top edge of chap tops to bottom edge of Fringe) is 41" and is Non-Adjustable.
